Group Wellbeing Coaching

8-month program

Group Wellbeing Program is a long-term guided support program which provides a deep awareness of common issues that affect the wellbeing of busy professionals. The program and coaching package is centred around core pillars of wellbeing and career development. Through deep accountability, the wellbeing program empowers employees to make long lasting positive behavioural change.

(Designed for small groups 10-12 employees).

  • Discover the core pillars of wellbeing and how to design a personalised wellbeing strategy.
  • Learn practical tips for time management and personal goal setting.
  • Create (and keep) healthy boundaries whilst working at home or in the office.

Series of 8x workshops

Wellbeing @ Work is a series of 8 x ‘lunch and learn’ workshops focused on the core pillars of wellbeing. These workshops will introduce individuals to the world of health and wellbeing. The series of workshops are designed to motivate individuals to adapt healthy behaviour changes and take control of their personal wellbeing journey.
