
Belinda is a senior lawyer turned Certified International Health Coach (CIHC), speaker and mental health facilitator.
Belinda is also a sessional lecturer at Swinburne University, where she teaches wellbeing in law school to first-year students.
With an Arts/Law (Hons) background and a legal career at one of Australia’s leading independent law firms, Belinda bring’s deep industry insight to her wellbeing work. Belinda’s transition into workplace wellbeing was driven after witnessing the mental health challenges faced by lawyers, leaders and colleagues across the profession.
Belinda is a passionate advocate for mental health in the legal sector and regularly speaks at national conferences and industry events, including the 2024 Corporate Mental Health Alliance Australia (CMHAA), National Wellbeing Conference and the 2025 Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) Legal Forum.
As a Licensed Mental Health First Aid instructor, Belinda helps equip professionals with the skills to identify early signs of mental health problems, engage in supportive conversations, reduce stigma and foster a culture of care.
